- Applies to ALL commissions unless otherwise stated/agreed.
- Read before ordering any kind of commission from me.
- By paying you show that you have read and agree with my TOS.For legal reasons you must be at least 18 years old to commission me!
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY ART FOR NFTS!

Me, the artist:

- Own full copyright of the commissioned picture. I may use the commissioned picture in personal promotion for example to promote my commissions or use in my portfolio.- May post the commissioned picture in my galleries unless otherwise in advance agreed.- May refuse any commission I don't feel comfortable doing.

You, the customer:

- Are allowed any personal use of the commissioned picture for example to use as a wallpaper, icon, profile picture and any printing for personal use.) If you wish to do any editing on the picture before posting it online, speak to me first. Do not erase my signature.- Are allowed to post the commissioned picture in your personal galleries as long as you credit me.- Are not allowed to use the commissioned picture for monetary gain. For example to print and sell, promote any paid service like Patreon or to use as NFTs.

Payment:

- Happens via Paypal invoice-1/2 of the payment upfront and 2/2 when the picture is finished or full payment upfront on the customer's request. Commission can be cancelled at any time but any work already done on the picture will be subtracted from the refund. Finished commission is not refundable! WIPs will be provided to make sure the commission comes out as wished.- Any cancellation done by me will result in full refund.

Wills and Won'ts:

Will draw:

- animals, both feral & anthro
- any non-human critter
- heavy detailed characters and mecha
- humanoid creatures
- mild gore
- non-sexual nudity

Won't draw:

- humans
- explicit sexual content
- offensive material (racist or homophobic imagery, any suggestive material depicting underage characters etc)I can refuse any commission I don't feel comfortable doing without having to explain myself.

Things that cost extra:

- super complicated characters
- rushed deadlines
- heavy editing on the picture if it's already at least 3/4 done
